Stunning antique (circa 1860-1880) French enamel and diamond pomegranate shaped ball watch. Watch is adorned with rose cut diamonds and dark green enamel work. Watch winds by twisting one half of the ball. Matching necklace attaches to watch with a lobster clasp.
